ALUBIA BEANS

The alubia bean is one of the varieties that belongs to the bean family, as well as to the group of legumes.
Its appearance is similar to the rest of the beans, with a slight kidney shape, uniform white and with a shiny shell.
As can be distinguished in other classes, this legume also provides a great nutritional value. It is rich in protein, fiber and minerals.
Depending on its granulometry and appearance, it serves different markets and final preparations. They are normally used for stews, hamburgers and salads.
